Epic is Oklahoma’s fastest-growing educational group. As a consequence, it has not only attracted a legion of loyal supporters, students, and families, but also detractors within the media and the public education system from which Epic has sourced a large number of students seeking a more effective provider. AiAdvertising was engaged by Epic to help better understand public attitudes towards charter schools and towards the Epic brand, as well as to help to promote Epic’s core values and to dispel any falsehoods or misconceptions around its increasingly popular education model.

The Ai Ad Platform deployed a hyer-personalized campaign across ads and landing pages that spoke to each customer's motivations and measured performance across cost per lead, cost per sale and gross profit.

Backed by behavioral psychology, our research process leverages data and provides a rich level of statistical depth and reporting. Our research fuses traditional best practices deducing attitudes, emotions, language, and opinions from data sources like our client’s customer data, their customers’ social media activity, customer and product reviews, plus brand and product specific micro and macro trends.

For HOLT CAT, we performed an in-depth analysis of their CRM data. Their internal first-party data provided context into the demographic and purchasing motivations of their current customers. The individuals’ specific interests and behaviors were used to segment the data into four unique audience clusters or personas.

PERSONA DEVELOPMENT

At the core of the Ai Ad Platform are the personas that it creates and recommends. The behavioral identities are developed to solve for who we should be talking to, how to communicate with them, and the media most likely to drive a meaningful action. Using our proprietary clustering and behavioral techniques, we are able to create more efficient, targeted, and focused audiences that mimic our clients' most valued employees.

For HOLT CAT, four persona profiles were developed from the CRM data analysis. The persona details included each audience's preferences and recommendations for messaging as well as preferred products and interests. These personas were modeled against their existing customers were levergaed to identify look-a-like audiences in order to target and reach potential new customers.

Our omni-channel activation offers dynamic technology and the latest innovations in targeted advertising on computer, mobile, smart TVs, and digital out-of-home screens.

For HOLT CAT, AiAdvertising executed digital campaigns across a variety of online media platforms, addressing specific audience segments with content relevant to their identified interests and proclivities. Using a media mix was adjusted to focus on channels or platforms that responsated with each personas. AiAdvertising activated search ads to target active shoppers through specific keywords including competitive terms. New landing pages were designed to streamline reflect the persona messaing and dashboards were developed to measure lift in sales by perona. The Ai Ad Platform tested multiple creative iterations to gain optimal conversion rates and continued to optimize the campaign as the system learned what was working and where.

MEASUREMENT & INSIGHTS

The Ai Ad Platform offers interactive dashboards that provide full transparency into each campaign and its success. The dashboards provide a visualization so our clients can bridge the gap between advertising investments and its impact on sales.  This provides tangible results and KPI tracking giving our customers the knowledge and insights to make more informed decisions.


For HOLT CAT, customized dashboards were developed around their specific goals to track leads and conversions for each persona. The Ai Ad Platform interactive dashboards outlined:

  • Total leads
  • Estimated revenue
  • Revenue generated by persona
  • Estimated pipeline value
  • And much more!

HOLT CAT engaged AiAdvertising with a goal to understand their audience to determine a product and messaging strategy. After personas were developed and the campaign was activated, HOLT CAT better understood their existing customers and what motivated them to purchase. This information enabled AiAdvertising to create and execute hyper-personalized campaigns positioning specific products and messages that drove higher engagement and more conversions. Persona details provided intelligence used to find look-a-like audiences and convert new customers.

HOLT CAT improved close rates and lead quality with a highly targeted advertising campaign based on personas.

The campaign focused on lead generation resulting in $6.4M in pipeline activity (leads) and up to 14X return on every dollar spent! They saw over $6.3M in Won Revenue attributed directly to the BCP campaign and were able to deeply understand what personas were most profitable.  

RESULTS

AiAdvertising executed hyper-personalized ads which attracted new leads resulting in over 468 leads with a  value of over $6M in revenue.

By tracking advertising investments and resulting sales conversions, HOLT CAT saw up to 14X return on ad spend proving advertising's true impact on sales.

By tracking the persona engagement and conversion, HOLT CAT was able to identify uncover that two persona audiences were most profitable. They strategically marketed specific products based on persona interest.
